Spain Visa Income Calculator

Check your income against Spain's 2026 thresholds — with your family size, your currency and your consulate. Ten seconds, no signup.

How the 2026 thresholds work

Digital Nomad Visa — for people who work remotely for companies or clients outside Spain. The bar is €2,849/month, which is 200% of Spain's minimum wage calculated on the annual SMI of €17,094 (RD 126/2026). Many sites still quote ~€2,442 using the old monthly base — that error gets applications rejected. Add €1,068/month for the first dependent and €356/month for each additional one.

Non-Lucrative Visa — for people living on passive income who will not work. The bar is 400% of IPREM, roughly €2,400/month (€28,800/year), plus about €600/month per family member. You cannot work for Spanish companies on this visa.

Currency matters more than people think. Spanish authorities convert your income at the European Central Bank rate on the day your file is processed — not today's rate. That is why the practical rule is to document 5–10% above the threshold rather than exactly at it.

Numbers are only half the file.
The free guided questionnaire maps your full picture in 5 minutes: your route, your consulate's exact document list, your biggest blocker and how to fix it.
